Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Corporate Contract Manager to provide procurement and contract management support across overhead and technical services contracts, including engineering, fabrication, testing, IT and software.

You will draft, evaluate, negotiate, and administer contracts; act as the liaison between internal teams and suppliers; and coordinate with Legal and Finance to minimize risk and ensure proper closeout and renewals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in procurement and contract management in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, evaluates, negotiates, and executes contracts including NDAs, subcontracts, consulting agreements, and MSAs.
• Serves as the single point of contact on contractual matters and liaises with suppliers.
• Provides redlined recommendations and negotiates with suppliers’ attorneys.
• Maintains contract documentation and manages contract changes, status reports and closeout.
• Coordinates terms with Legal and Finance to minimize risk and ensure proper closeout or renewal.
