Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Corporate Contract Manager to provide procurement and contract management support across overhead and technical services contracts, including engineering, fabrication, testing, IT/software, and construction.

You will draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, maintain records, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and project teams to minimize risk. Occasional travel and remote work options apply within the contiguous United States.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S./B.A. in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in procurement and contract management in energy, utility, or similar highly regulated industry.
• Industry requirement: Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, evaluates, negotiates, and executes contracts including NDAs, subcontracts, MSAs, TPAs, and POs.
• Acts as single point of contact on contractual matters between company and suppliers.
• Provides redlined recommendations and negotiates with suppliers’ attorneys.
• Maintains contract records and documentation for all contracts.
• Monitors terms, risks, and contracting practices; suggests improvements.
• Produces and manages RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Coordinates with Legal and Finance to minimize risks.
• Ensures contract closeout, extension, or renewal.
