NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Corporate Contract Manager to provide procurement and contract management support across overhead or technical services contracts, including engineering, IT, and construction-related work, following established policies.

The role covers drafting and negotiating agreements, managing bids (RFP/RFI/RFQ), liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance and proper closeout, with travel as needed and remote/hybrid options for US-based candidates.

Qualificações

• Education: a B.S./B.A. in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of procurement/contract management experience in regulated industries is required.
• Eligibility to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, evaluates, negotiates, and executes a variety of contracts including NDAs, subcontracts, and MSAs.
• Single point of contact on contractual matters; liaises with suppliers to review deviations.
• Manages RFPs, RFIs and RFQs and coordinates with Legal and Finance to minimize risk.
• Maintains contract records and supports project managers with guidance on contract matters.
• Oversees contract closeout, renewal, and extension; travels as needed.
