Job summary

The Manager, Corporate Compliance at Cisive Inc. leads the day-to-day execution of the Corporate Compliance Program and serves as the subject matter expert on background screening and consumer reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five years in consumer reporting, compliance, or law.
• Strong knowledge of FCRA and fair chance laws; privacy regulation familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; policy-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Corporate Compliance Program and governance documents.
• Track regulatory developments and interpret applicability to Cisive.
• Review client forms for FCRA disclosure and adverse actions; train staff.
• Design compliance education and publish advisories and newsletters.
• Support internal investigations and remediation efforts; report to GC.
