SentiLink is seeking a senior compliance leader to build and own the FCRA program end-to-end, including policies, training, monitoring, and testing. You will manage consumer disputes, reinvestigations, and disclosures while enforcing permissible purpose controls and onboarding processes.

You will partner with Engineering to design scalable dispute infrastructure, act as the compliance point of contact for client risk diligence, regulator matters, and CFPB portals, ensuring actionable feedback

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance with hands-on FCRA experience at a consumer reporting agency.
• Experience building a compliance program from scratch or rebuilding one.
• Direct experience operating a dispute and reinvestigation function with turnaround management.
• Strong writing: policies, procedures, and client diligence responses.
• Able to work as the sole compliance function in an early-stage environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.
• Preferred: JD, CRCM, CIPP-US, CAMS; experience at a nationwide CRA; familiarity with Metro 2/e-OSCAR; CFPB exposure.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the entity's FCRA compliance program from scratch, including policies and testing.
• Manage consumer relations end-to-end: disputes, reinvestigations, disclosures, blocks, and alerts.
• Design and enforce permissible purpose controls and onboarding/certification processes.
• Establish procedures to assure accuracy and monitor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to scale dispute infrastructure as volume grows.
• Serve as the compliance point of contact for client risk diligence and regulator matters.
• Own consumer complaint handling across CFPB and state portals; feed learnings back into procedures.
