Job summary

Cisive Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Compliance in Maryland to lead the day-to-day operation of the Corporate Compliance Program and serve as the subject matter expert on background screening and consumer reporting compliance.

Reporting to the GC, you will develop, implement, and maintain policies, train staff and clients, and monitor regulatory developments affecting the company’s operations. The role emphasizes FCRA, privacy, and healthcare regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and strong FCRA knowledge.
• Experience with consumer reporting, regulatory affairs, or law.
• Ability to design and deliver compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern the Corporate Compliance Program and policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy changes.
• Educate staff and clients on compliance requirements and deliver training.
• Assist with investigations and internal controls.
