Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager in Santa Clara to lead a new program that communicates technology leadership and customer impact across media, customers, partners, employees and social channels.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will develop and execute scalable programs, build cross-functional partnerships, and deliver high-quality work with limited oversight in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism and/or content strategy.
• Proven ability to build or expand communications programs and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong media relations experience and ability to secure coverage with new outlets.
• Experience developing customer stories, partner communications, speaking programs or other stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience in semiconductors or enterprise technology is preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and pitching skills.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building with Sales, Marketing, Product, HR.
• Discretion, sound news judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Highly organized and capable of building new programs in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive media outreach and maintain relationships with industry journalists.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on customer and partner communications.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee communications and social media activities.
• Develop content for customer, partner, employee and social channels with consistent voice.
• Manage stakeholders and deadlines with sound judgment and attention to detail.
