Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Strategic Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, strategic messaging, executive communications, or related disciplines in a B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop corporate narratives, messaging frameworks, thought leadership content, or executive communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills to simplify complex tech and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Micron's corporate narrative, messaging architecture, and storytelling frameworks.
• Translate complex technology, market, and geopolitical topics into clear messaging and proof points.
• Create and maintain message houses, executive messaging guides, FAQs, positioning documents, and storytelling resources.
• Partner with marketing, communications, business units, and regional teams to drive narrative alignment and adoption.
• Leverage stakeholder insights, performance data, and AI tools to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
