SiTime is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to build and scale programs that elevate the company’s technology leadership and customer impact across media, customers, partners and employees.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this role develops and executes programs, partnering across teams to deliver high-quality, repeatable communications. A builder mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism and/or content strategy.
• Proven track record building or expanding communications programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong media relations experience and ability to secure coverage with new outlets.
• Experience developing customer stories, partner communications and speaking programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive media outreach and build relationships with business, technology, semiconductor and vertical-market journalists.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on customer and partner communications.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee communications and social media activities to align with corporate messaging.
• Create content for customer, partner, employee and social channels with a consistent voice.
• Manage stakeholders and deadlines with good judgment and attention to detail.
