Job summary

Keysight is seeking a seasoned employee communications leader in the U.S. to guide internal storytelling and strategy across global teams.

The role emphasizes translating complex engineering progress into compelling narratives while leveraging AI and digital tools to scale impact. You will partner with Corporate Communications, HR, Strategy, Marketing, and regional teams to drive engagement, align with business priorities, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of communications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent visual and written storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex engineering information into clear content.
  • Strong proficiency with generative AI and other emerging communications technologies, including the ability to apply them responsibly to content development, workflow automation, audience insights, and communications measurement.
  • Experience leading communications professionals and complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding PowerPoint skills with Photoshop experience desired
  • Technical proficiency to publish and manage the backend of the company’s SharePoint-based intranet and use the internal email platform
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and works independently
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute a global employee communications strategy aligned with Keysight’s business priorities, values, and culture.
  • Translate company strategy and key initiatives into clear narratives, campaigns, and calls to action that build employee understanding, alignment, and engagement.
  • Lead communications for major enterprise priorities, transformations, organizational changes, and business milestones.
  • Advise senior leaders on communications strategy and develop executive messages, presentations, talking points, and employee-facing materials.
  • Lead the employee communications function, including editorial strategy, content standards, channel effectiveness, and day-to-day operations.
  • Use AI, automation, and digital tools to increase the speed, scale, and effectiveness of communications while maintaining quality, accuracy, security, and brand standards.
  • Create and oversee engaging communications in a range of formats, including written content, infographics, presentations, video, and other multimedia experiences.
  • Strengthen coordination across employee, executive, external, business, and marketing communications through shared planning, messaging, and timing.
  • Build strong partnerships across Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, business groups, and regional teams.
  • Use employee feedback, channel data, and business outcomes to measure effectiveness and continuously improve communications.
