Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years corporate legal experience.
• Experience supporting multinational manufacturing or high-tech organizations.
• Proven experience in developing and managing commercial contracting processes.
• Experience with SEC and Nasdaq compliance.
• Strong integrity and ethics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and contract technology to improve workflows.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with minimal admin support.
• Ability to communicate complex issues and negotiate with seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and support commercial contracts for customer, vendor and other key agreements.
• Refine and support contracts management processes and use of technology/AI tools.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive best practices and contract improvements.
• Support compliance with securities laws and disclosures with finance teams.
• Provide legal support to Tax, Treasury, and Finance departments.
