Qualifications

• 7+ years of practice as an attorney in life sciences/medical device companies.
• Active license to practice law in any state.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements including IP/licensing.
• Willingness to learn and take lead on emerging issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial and supply agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract playbooks and templates to streamline processes.
• Provide cross-functional legal guidance for transactions intersecting with QA, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Review promotional materials for compliance with applicable laws (e.g., FDA, Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act).
• Manage disputes and coordinate external counsel when needed.
• Participate in the Compliance Committee and privacy governance.
