The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking billing representatives in Fairfield, Ohio. Join a service-focused team that supports policyholders, agencies, and associates with billing questions across commercial lines, excess and surplus, surety bond and management liability direct bill policies.

The pay range is $18.50 - $19.50 per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus and stock incentives based on performance. The starting pay may adjust with training and time in role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to research and resolve issues through communication.

Responsabilités

• Answer and return phone calls from agencies, policyholders, and Cincinnati associates in a timely and courteous manner.
• Document all accounts with respect to phone conversations, emails and actions taken.
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails in corporate billing mailboxes.
• Process daily billing tasks.
• Review accounts for reinstatement and forward to underwriting, accounting and Policyholder Services.
• Review payments and forward to accounting.
• Review billing fees including installment, late, reinstatement and non-sufficient funds fees.
• Review daily billing reports.
• Research under/over payments, stop payments, pending cancellations and billing suspensions.
• Assist with account bill setup and online enrollment.

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Corporate Billing department is seekingbilling representativesto assist our policyholders, agencies, and associateswith questions related to commercial lines, excess and surplus, surety bond and management liability direct bill policies.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50 hourly. The starting hourly pay may convert to an increased salary once you meet conditions including training, performance, and time in your role. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• answer and return phone calls from agencies, policyholders, and Cincinnati associates in a timely and courteous manner
• documentall accounts with respect to phone conversations,emails and other correspondenceor actions taken on an account
• monitorand respondto e-mails and voice mails received in the various corporate billing mailboxes in a timely and professional manner
• process dailybilling tasks
• review of accounts requesting reinstatement and forwarding information to underwriting, accounting and Policyholder Services
• review of payments received in billing, documenting accounts andforwarding the payments received to accounting
• review of billing fees including installment fees, late fees, reinstatement fees, and non-sufficient funds fees
• reviewdaily billing reports
• research account under/over payments,stop payments,pending cancellations and billing suspensions
• assist withaccount bill set up and online enrollment

• qualified candidates are available to work 40 hours a week:
  • multiple shift options with shifts ending at6pm

Bring experience and education from:

• a high school diploma (required)
• demonstrated success in a customer service role (preferred)
• resolving issues through research and communication (preferred)
