Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients. You will lead relationship strategy, drive new business development, and deliver tailored financial solutions to support client growth.

You will manage and expand a portfolio by developing new relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

8–10 years of commercial lending experience required.
Strong credit training or experience with credit policies preferred.
Proven ability to build and grow client relationships in a fast-paced banking environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales and retention goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Grow portfolio through referrals, networking, and outreach.
Lead delivery of financial services to corporate clients within credit quality standards.
Promote banking solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services, and Product Specialists.
Review and underwrite loan requests in partnership with Risk Officers.
Monitor portfolio quality and address past-due loans proactively.
Ensure timely reporting and proper loan closure per procedures.
