Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a senior Corporate C&I Banker to develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of complex commercial relationships.

You will act as a trusted financial advisor, delivering lending, deposit, treasury management, and other financial solutions to middle-market and privately held businesses. The role requires deep credit knowledge, strong relationship management, and the ability to generate loan and deposit growth while adhering to bank policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of ten years in commercial lending, C&I banking, or related relationship management/credit underwriting.
• Experience presenting complex credit transactions to senior officers and loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial relationships including privately held businesses and professional firms.
• Actively prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and targeted calling.
• Generate profitable loan, deposit, treasury management, and fee income growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients with consultative financial advice.
• Develop strategies to deepen client relationships across multiple product lines.
• Maintain a consistent calling program for existing and prospective clients.
• Structure, negotiate, and originate complex commercial loan transactions (LOCs, working capital facilities, equipment financing, SBA loans, etc.).
• Analyze financial statements and cash flow projections to assess credit risk.
• Prepare and present credit requests to committees; monitor portfolio performance.
