Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Corporate Attorney to provide high‑level legal guidance at the corporate office in San Diego, CA, or other U.S. locations.

The role emphasizes complex contracting, M&A support, and compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor, a US license to practice, and 10+ years of related experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries, with an ability to obtain security

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and negotiating contractual documents for government and commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Knowledge of trade compliance, employment law, and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, securities compliance, data privacy and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government contracts, NDAs, and licenses.
• Support contract lifecycle, due diligence, and post-closing integration activities.
