Job summary

The ideal candidate will advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions for emerging growth companies, funds, and sophisticated clients. The role involves leading due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• JD class of 2020–2023.
• Demonstrated experience handling M&A and/or private equity transactions.
• Admitted to the applicable state bar.

• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's general corporate and transactional practices.
• Develop relationships with emerging growth companies, funds, and other clients.
