Job summary

RS&H in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Buildings Practice. You’ll own projects through design and construction, mentor junior staff, and help grow our corporate workplace and commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
  • 7+ years of architectural experience.
  • Active architectural license in good standing.
  • Experience with corporate workplace, healthcare, commercial office, financial institutions, industrial, logistics and distribution.
  • Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is required.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a licensed Architect to join our growing Buildings Practice in Dallas, Texas. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, build lasting client relationships, mentor emerging professionals, and help grow RS&H's Buildings Practice in one of the nation's strongest commercial markets.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.

What You'll Do

As an Architect, you'll lead and support projects through all phases of design while partnering closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities Include
  • Lead architectural design from planning through construction administration.
  • Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and proposal efforts.
