Job summary

Wincome Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Accounting Lead to oversee corporate accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization. You will lead month-end close, strengthen controls, mentor staff, and partner with senior leadership in a growth-focused hospitality group.

The role requires ownership mindset, leadership abilities, and delivering results in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment. Travel to properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years in Hotel/Resort Finance with lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and balance sheet accounting skills; working knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely close with complete documentation.
• Strengthen financial controls and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff; train new personnel.
