Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function across its portfolio of managed hotels. You will own the monthly close, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable processes and outsourced partnerships that support growth.

Collaboration with CFO and VP FP&A will shape forecasting, budgeting, and high-quality reporting. You will oversee accounting platforms and BI integrations, mentor staff, and lead transitions for new properties while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within hospitality or multi-site environments.
• CPA or equivalent credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (M3 or equivalent) and BI/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute monthly close processes for directly assigned properties.
• Review and oversee monthly close for the full portfolio.
• Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid schedules.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve close-related escalations.
• Quality-control outsourced accounting work and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support audit, sales tax, and property tax workflows with CFO coordination.
• Lead chart of accounts mapping and SOP rollout for new properties.
• Provide documentation and support for audit, tax, and fraud-related matters led by the CFO.
