Job summary

Highspring LLC is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager/Financial Reporting Manager (CPA) in Orange County. The role leads corporate accounting, prepares consolidated statements, and coordinates monthly/quarterly reporting across multiple entities.

Candidates should have 10+ years in large companies, CPA with public accounting experience, and proven supervisory skills, including SOX controls and GAAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years related work experience from larger companies.
• CPA and public accounting are required.
• Experience in audit, internal controls in SOX compliant environment, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience in financial statement preparation.
• Prior proven supervisory experience, leading, mentoring, coaching, challenging, a large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across business units.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Manage shared services cost allocations, intercompany reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Analyze performance, KPIs, and identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Oversee month-end close, GL, reconciliations across multiple entities, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure internal controls and liaise with external auditors.
