Job summary

Conexus is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity accounting, close processes, and consolidated reporting across our complex organization. You will drive accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and business leaders to ensure timely financial results.

You will lead consolidations, intercompany activities, and entity-level accounting, while improving processes, policies, and ERP-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred or required for seniority.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including corporate accounting and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple legal entities and business units, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and balance sheet accounts per U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Maintain corporate-level records and oversee activities related to expenses, allocations, fixed assets, leases, debt, and other complex areas.
• Establish and enforce standardized accounting policies, close calendars, and documentation across the organization.
• Lead consolidation across a large portfolio of entities and manage intercompany accounting including eliminations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits; provide supporting schedules and management reporting.
