Job summary

Capri Communities LLC seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for a growing multi-entity senior living organization. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and tax compliance across entities, while mentoring a team of professionals.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep U.S. GAAP expertise and a track record in consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and complex tax reporting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidations and multi-entity accounting across multiple legal entities.
• Coordinate and manage tax compliance with external advisors and auditors.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across entities and ensure GAAP reporting.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff; drive process improvements and controls.
• Coordinate annual audits and strengthen internal controls to protect assets.
