Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Associate, Accounting in Boston to support the Americas Controllership team. You will manage intercompany agreements, billing, month-end close, and balance reconciliation while ensuring policy compliance and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in a large, complex, international organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany agreements, including drafting, reviewing, routing, tracking, and documentation.
• Support intercompany billing cycle from contract terms to invoice processing and follow-up.
• Perform monthly intercompany reporting, account reconciliation, and balance confirmations.
• Investigate root causes of intercompany discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with intercompany contacts and operational Finance teams to confirm balances and resolve differences.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable/Receivable and shared services to resolve billing and aging issues.
• Prepare journal entries and contribute to month-end close.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Provide financial analysis to aid reporting and decision-making.
