Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant in Stamford, CT to support the monthly close, consolidation and financial reporting for a multinational organization. You will handle corporate accruals, intercompany activity, and foreign currency accounting while driving process improvements.

The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and strong GAAP knowledge.
• 2–3 years public accounting or equivalent corporate experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience with month-end close and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and consolidation processes with intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
• Support consolidation, currency translation and reporting.
• Analyze variances and business drivers impacting statements.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax and international teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Assist with external audits and SOX compliance.
• Participate in special projects and technical accounting analyses.
• Supervise and develop team members as needed.
