  • Partner with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and international accounting teams to ensure transactions are accurately reflected in the financial statements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how journal entries and accounting activities flow through the consolidation process and impact external reporting and disclosures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual activities, and enhance the quality and efficiency of the close process.
  • Assist with external audits, SOX compliance, and internal control initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects, technical accounting analyses, and process improvement efforts as the organization continues to grow.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position directly supervises the work activities of others and is accountable for the management of others, through a subordinate supervisor, concerning selection, recommending termination, performance appraisal, and professional development.
