This role offers a promotion path to Accounting Manager, the ability to work from home on Mondays, and flexible hours to balance personal and professional demands while tackling audits, rev rec, and ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounting with ability to analyze key accounts.
• Experience supporting audits including 401k and pension plans.
• Exposure to ERP system enhancements and finance process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and trend key accounts and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for prepaid expenses, relocations, taxes and accruals.
• Review cost centers with owners to ensure accurate forecasting and actuals.
• Support audits for 401k and pension plans, including plan 5500s and financial statements.
• Drive system implementations and initiatives to improve accounting processes.
