Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounting with ability to analyze key accounts.
• Experience supporting audits including 401k and pension plans.
• Exposure to ERP system enhancements and finance process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and trend key accounts and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for prepaid expenses, relocations, taxes and accruals.
• Review cost centers with owners to ensure accurate forecasting and actuals.
• Support audits for 401k and pension plans, including plan 5500s and financial statements.
• Drive system implementations and initiatives to improve accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and trend key accounts: Manage accounting and analysis providing actionable insights.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations: Handle monthly standard miscellaneous journal entries and reconciliations related to prepaids, relocation, taxes, and accruals.
• Review corporate cost centers: Collaborate with cost center owners on forecasting, planning, and actuals review to ensure accurate recording.
• Support audits: Assist with 401k and pension benefit plan audits, including audit requests and reviewing plan 5500s and financial statements.
• Drive process improvements and projects: Participate in system implementations and initiatives to enhance accounting processes and support finance and treasury teams.
