NextGen Invent Corporation in New York/New Jersey on-site is seeking a Senior CorePoint Integration Engineer to design, build, and support healthcare interoperability solutions using CorePoint Integration Engine.

The ideal candidate has extensive HL7 experience, API integrations, and a proven track record in enterprise healthcare environments, collaborating across teams to deliver reliable interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with CorePoint Integration Engine.
• Strong HL7 v2.x interface development experience.
• Experience with APIs, Web Services, REST, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain CorePoint interfaces.
• Develop integrations between EHR/EMR, labs, billing, imaging.
• Analyze requirements and translate into integration solutions.
• Create HL7 interfaces, mappings, routing workflows.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Perform testing, deployment, production support.
• Troubleshoot interface failures and data issues.
• Write SQL queries for analysis and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Document specifications and designs.
• Mentor junior team members.
