Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with CorePoint Integration Engine.
• Strong HL7 v2.x interface development experience.
• Experience with APIs, Web Services, REST, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain CorePoint interfaces.
• Develop integrations between EHR/EMR, labs, billing, imaging.
• Analyze requirements and translate into integration solutions.
• Create HL7 interfaces, mappings, routing workflows.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Perform testing, deployment, production support.
• Troubleshoot interface failures and data issues.
• Write SQL queries for analysis and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Position Overview

We areseeking an experienced Senior CorePoint Integration Engineer to design,develop, implement, and support healthcare interoperability solutions. Theideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CorePoint IntegrationEngine, HL7 interface development, healthcare systems integration, andproduction support within enterprise healthcare environments.

TheEngineer will work closely with healthcare application teams, businessstakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalableintegration solutions that support critical healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement,and maintain interfaces using CorePoint Integration Engine.
• Develop and supportintegrations between EHR/EMR systems, laboratory systems, billing systems,imaging systems, and third-party healthcare applications.
• Analyze business andtechnical requirements and translate them into effective integrationsolutions.
• Design and develop HL7interfaces, message transformations, routing workflows, and data mappings.
• Build and support REST/SOAPAPI integrations as required.
• Perform interface testing,validation, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot interfacefailures, data issues, and system integration problems.
• Develop SQL queries anddatabase scripts for analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with applicationowners, healthcare analysts, vendors, and technical teams to implementintegration solutions.
• Participate in systemupgrades, interface enhancements, and migration initiatives.
• Monitor interface performanceand recommend improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Document interfacespecifications, workflows, technical designs, and support procedures.
• Provide technical guidanceand mentorship to junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience inhealthcare integration, interoperability, or interface engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-onexperience with CorePoint Integration Engine.
• Strong experience developingand supporting HL7 v2.x interfaces.
• Experience integratinghealthcare applications and systems.
• Strong understanding ofhealthcare workflows and interoperability concepts.
• Experience with SQL andrelational databases.
• Experience troubleshootingand supporting production integrations.
• Experience working with APIs,Web Services, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with SDLCprocesses and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interacteffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic, Cerner,Meditech, Athenahealth, Allscripts, or similar healthcare applications.
• Exposure to FHIR, CCD/C-CDA,and modern interoperability standards.
• Experience with cloudplatforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with additionalintegration engines such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, orInterSystems HealthShare.
• Experience supportinghealthcare data migration or interface modernization projects.
• Knowledge of healthcarecompliance and security requirements, including HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
