Job summary

Quant Dynamics Solutions is seeking an Applications Analyst III – Core Systems in California to provide advanced configuration, analysis, and policy implementation support for core systems. The role collaborates with the Application Analyst IV and other teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of system changes.

You will assist with vendor integration, issue resolution, and development of internal procedures and reports.

Qualifications

• Provides medium- to high-level support and expertise related to systems configuration and analysis.
• Supports policy and procedure implementation for state health programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor integrations and system troubleshooting.
• Gather information and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
• Support cross-functional tasks to deliver timely results.
• Audit workflows and advise on core system improvements.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, and implementation of internal projects.
• Assist with assessing software bugs and change requests.
• Generate routine operational and system reports.
• Interpret policy changes from DHCS, DMHC, CMS for guidance.
