Job summary

You will diagnose issues, configure systems, and work with internal teams and vendors to maintain optimal performance, translating business requirements into technical tasks and testing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years in a system support role with 5+ years supporting core banking systems.
• Experience with Temenos, Finacle, FIS, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for core banking and digital banking applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT teams and vendors to implement improvements.
• Perform system monitoring, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
