FactSet is seeking a Specialty Services Lead to join our Middle Office Managed Services team in the USA. You will bridge investment and software expertise, becoming a subject matter expert in FactSet Core Analytics, collaborating with client representatives, sales, product specialists and engineers.

This role emphasizes leadership, client-focused delivery, and opportunities to influence product enhancements while growing regional Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical and application knowledge.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.
• Enthusiasm for working closely with investment professionals.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Specialty Services retention efforts through both reactive and proactive client support, time-intensifying projects, and complex problem solving.
• Proactively prioritize requests, issues and problems to ensure the smooth execution of clients' production processes and workflows.
• Analyze and resolve complex business issues related to clients' investment portfolios, financial data, analytics, and workflows.
• Collaborate with middle and front office teams in client organizations to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of asset management industry trends to support value-add strategies.
