Job summary

You will analyze the client’s marketing strategy, develop multiple concepts, and craft direct-response scripts and briefs for production. The role includes supervising a junior writer and presenting work to clients; in-person work in NYC is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in paid-media copywriting or direct-response advertising.
• Experience developing creative concepts and writing direct-response scripts for a variety of target audiences.
• Comfortable presenting creative work to clients.
• Able to work full-time, in person, in New York.

Responsibilities

• Understand client marketing strategy, winners, geographies and demographics.
• Develop concepts and write scripts for street interview campaigns on Meta.
• Create multiple concepts per campaign, with formats, props or production notes.
• Write direct-response scripts for each concept.
• Draft creative briefs for the production team.
• Incorporate client feedback and performance data into new concepts.
• Supervise a junior copywriter and own the campaigns for clients.
