FairSquare is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft high-quality copy across direct mail, website, email, SMS, social, and video scripts. You’ll work with the Brand Marketing team to shape a distinct brand voice across multiple channels while guiding junior writers and freelancers.

The role emphasizes craft, collaboration with UX/UI and cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scale, with a focus on SEO and storytelling for SMB audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional writing experience across multiple projects and channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with print and digital know-how.
• Passion for storytelling and ability to develop original, impactful content.
• Strong understanding of branding, user experience and writing principles.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to create efficiency and scale, with SEO/LLM focus.
• Experience working on multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content creation across print and digital channels for FairSquare brands.
• Use audience insights to tailor copy for different target groups.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing leadership to translate strategy into copy.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior writers and freelancers.
• Support brand consistency by applying evolving guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Customer Experience, and other teams to integrate copy into campaigns.
