  • Campaign and Content Execution:Develop and execute breakthrough social-first creative campaigns that seamlessly tie entertainment, culture, and social media trends. Write and produce high-quality static and motion content both on teams and independently.
  • Executional Excellence:Ensure the highest level of craft in the execution of all creative assets, from voice/tone, to visual composition, to final production, paying attention to detail, quality, consistency, and always pushing the brief.
  • Innovation & Trends:Stay up-to-date with social/entertainment trends, industry trends, and AI technology while translating these insights into breakout brand moments.
  • Brand Stewardship:Maintain and evolve the brand’s written and visual identity, ensuring that all creative work is aligned with the entertainment brand’s brand guidelines, social playbook, and voice while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Team Leadership:Mentor junior/mid-weight creatives, providing feedback, direction, and support to cultivate an environment of growth and creativity.
