Senior Copywriter
This role requires a hybrid of skills, primarily high-level ideation in creation and curation, with at least 8 years of senior copywriting experience.
The focus is on Ford Dealer marketing, which is fast-paced, exciting, and offers creative ownership over specific Dealer Retail Groups. The work aims to disrupt the existing landscape with innovative messaging, tactics, and strategies aligned with Ford products, regional market areas, and multicultural audiences, especially the Hispanic market.
Marketing efforts center around vehicle products, regional sales events, sports sponsorships, and specialty initiatives, utilizing consumer analytics from GTB's proprietary data platform.

The salary range is $60,000–$140,000 USD, with compensation based on experience, location, and responsibilities. We offer a competitive benefits package. Our hybrid work model involves teams working in the office about four days a week, with accommodations available upon request.
