Job summary

Beltway Office Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Copier Technician to install, perform routine maintenance, and support copiers at client sites.

You will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for on-site visits. Opportunities for advancement and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year copier/printer repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform routine maintenance, and support copiers at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve copier/printer issues promptly.
• Update firmware and perform device modifications as needed.
• Maintain inventory and vehicle stock for on-site service.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
