The position is responsible for coordinating office operations, personnel administration, budget support activities, facilities and space management, special projects, and administrative processes that support the effective functioning of the Presidents Office. The position supervises office staff, ensures compliance with University policies and procedures, and serves as a key operational resource for matters involving human resources, budgeting, facilities, and office administration.

Master's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
