Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Management Supervisor to lead a team of project managers within the Systems Teams. You will supervise staff, assign projects, monitor schedules, and ensure delivery targets are met while upholding Raymond West's client support principles.

Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting input, cross‑department collaboration, and problem solving to ensure on‑time installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with related experience.
• 5 years' experience in design/installation of rack, mezzanine, conveyors or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proven project cost control and scheduling skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff and assign projects; hire/separate others and conduct evaluations.
• Provide leadership and training for assigned staff.
• Oversee systems allied department operations and programs.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets input.
• Coordinate with Sales, Vendors, and customers; manage project costs.
