Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cooling systems and hardware testing, system integration testing, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and detail-oriented analytical skills.
• Ability to document and communicate complex technical issues clearly in both written and verbal form.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware installation, test instrumentation (e.g., sensors, DAQ systems), and test automation tools.
• Solid knowledge of heat transfer, thermal analysis, and immersion or liquid cooling concepts.
• Ability to wear PPE and perform hands-on work; welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for cooling systems based on requirements and standards.
• Set up test equipment and execute functional, performance, stress, and reliability tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and streamline test procedures to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations and trends, and prepare clear test reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate test status, risks, and issues with managers, customers, design partners, vendors, and others.
• Support lab operations including setup, calibration, safety, and maintenance of test equipment and benches.
