• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for cooling systems.
• Set up test equipment and execute functional, performance, stress, and reliability tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and streamline test procedures.
• Analyze results and prepare clear test reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate test status, risks, and issues with managers and partners.
• Support lab operations including setup, calibration, and safety.
