Qualifications

• 4+ years of related cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follows complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May oversee production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on account needs.
