Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex recipes and handle different meal periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follow recipes and product directions.
• Produce both small and large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• Oversee production staff and assign tasks as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
• Other duties as required by clients and business needs.
