Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• Oversee production staff; train and assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time; show up as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
