Qualifications

• Prior supervisory, culinary, and batch cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare varied entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safety and quality.
• _Comply_ with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and related docs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
