Compass Group USA in Cookeville, TN is hiring for a full-time Senior Cook. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (two shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm) with pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of cooking experience and may have international cuisine experience preferred. Responsibilities include preparing diverse entrees, overseeing cooking activities, following recipes, and ensuring HACCP compliance.

Qualificações

• Prior cooking experience is required, at least 5 years is preferred.
• International cuisine experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored.
• Oversees cooking activities of food service associates as assigned.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy and maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
• Maintains daily production records and documentation.
• Cross-trains employees and performs other duties as assigned.
