Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Senior Cook in Gainesville, FL. Location: Gainesville Shands UF campus; schedule may vary. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 years of senior cooking experience required.
• Ability to follow established recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Flexibility with schedule and shift variations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service staff as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment and perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date, and store food items; maintain dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage.
• Maintain HACCP standards and comply with health regulations.
• Assist in daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
