Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow complex recipes and timing.
• Open availability for varied shifts and interview timing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attends shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities.
