Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook for our USA Aiken location. You will be a team player who prepares and presents fresh, nutritious dishes while prioritizing customer service with a warm, welcoming approach.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience and offers varying shifts in a full-time capacity. You will contribute to high-quality food service, training opportunities, and the chance to work within a supportive environment that values safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain a healthy/safe workspace.
• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Special/Catered Events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions
• Produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
• May supervise production staff, train and assign tasks
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
